Transportation Policy

The delivery time of the order is divided into two parts:

 

The processing time: order verification, customization, quality, inspection and packaging. All orders are typically forwarded to our manufacturer for shipment within 72 hours of order placement and receipt of payment.


Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes to ship the items from our warehouse to the destination.

USA and Canada

Standard secure shipping with insurance takes 2-4 weeks (IF YOUR item is in stock).

 

AUSTRALIA and New Zealand

Standard secured shipping and insurance takes 2-4 weeks (IF YOUR ITEM IS IN STOCK)

 

UK & EUROPE

Secure standard shipping & insurance takes 2-4 weeks for delivery (IF YOUR ITEM IS IN STOCK)

 

 

Other countries

Secure standard shipping & insurance takes 2-5 weeks for delivery (IF YOUR ITEM IS IN STOCK)

 

Insured shipping: If an item is lost during delivery or arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement item at no extra charge, subject to sufficient proof.

 

Insured Priority Shipping: Your delivery is at the top of our daily order list, which we send to our manufacturers. Depending on the number of orders we receive, the waiting time may be similar/equal to the standard shipping time. Your item is also insured.

Due to Covid-19, there will be some delay in delivery.

 

It often takes a few days to a week for tracking numbers to update and display the correct tracking information. Use a third-party website such as https://17track.net to track your order.

 

Please note that shipping to some countries may take longer than estimated.

 

Depending on the number of orders we receive, delivery may take longer than usual. Rest assured, we are working hard to get everything out as soon as possible. We know it can be frustrating to wait longer than expected for your order, but we absolutely do not want to compromise on the quality of our products. Thank you for your understanding.

 

requests for changes

If you would like to change your order, please email us at Service@loxmall.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to make the requested changes. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately we can no longer change it. Please make sure you have chosen the right size and color to avoid disappointment.
