Refund Policy

CANCELLATION

We accept the cancellation of an order before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase for the return. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Customers will be charged shipping costs a maximum of one time (this also applies to returns); there are no restocking fees for returning a product.


Refund (if applicable)

As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Please contact your credit card company as it may take a while for your refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank. It often takes a while for the refund to be posted. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Service@loxmall.com
