Return And Refund Policy

CANCELLATION

We accept the cancellation of an order before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.

We accept product returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of delivery of the goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase for the return. Please contact our customer service to make sure you are sending the package to the correct address.

Hints

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for a 14 day refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping costs. The amount of the fee depends on the courier company you choose.

If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer is not obliged to bear the shipping costs for this reason.

No restocking fees will be charged to consumers for returning a product;


Refund (if applicable)

As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Please contact your credit card company as it may take a while for your refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank. It often takes a while for the refund to be posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at Service@loxmall.com.
